Advertising allows us to keep providing you awesome games for free. 99% of the time I would get a reply right away and be given credit, coins, etc. I’ve had to get the threat of “I’m going to uninstall this game if I don’t get help”. I know it can be very discouraging when issues come up and we only want a quick fix because we like the game and/or you’re so invested in the game that you don’t want to give up and stop playing which means when we get so annoyed with the constant “Having to contact support” that it would be much easier to click on “Uninstall” to solve any and all options. I’m sure if you email them and explain what you are experiencing I would think they would work with you like they did with me. I went into settings then selected “Support”, from there it takes you to email contact, after explaining what happened with my phone Kenny with Word Stacks emailed me back letting me know that he made adjustments so now the Add’s are now gone and they are granting me my coin purchase back to me.
